20. Flip-up,
custom made, steel sights. I made these dovetail sights back
in the early 1980's as a simple flip up sight for use on either a rifle
or hunting revolver. The blade has two settings: the first is an
uncut blade so you can cut the style of notch you prefer; the second is
a deep "U" for fast acquisition in changing or dark situations (intended
for use with a gold bead, white dot or Tritium front). These sights
are shown "in the white" but will be soft glass beaded and blued...$25.00
apiece or five for $100.00. Shipping
is extra.

own lead balls and will be the envy of all the other muzzle loaders on
the line. There are only

24. NEW! Two 11 1/2" X 9 1/2"
X 5"deep solid walnut presentation boxes with three digit
combination locks. They are both filled with a Styrofoam block covered
with red velvet in one and blue in the other. The lid contains a piece
of foam covered with blue or red velvet. One box pictured has
two brass presentation plates with inscriptions which can be flipped over
and reused. The boxes used to house match sets of Ten-Ring Precision
muzzle loading pistols and all their accoutrements, but the Styrofoam could
be flipped over and used for some other objects. The wood is in very good
shape with a few minor scratches which could be lightly sanded out and
a new coat of varnish applied. For complete finishing and interior inletting
for your favorite handgun, knife collection, etc. you can contact Brookfield
Cases where Les Yoder will do the work for very low cost to you.
These are very nice boxes within which a fine antique or modern handgun
could be displayed with distinction. $125.00 apiece.

Thousands of double cut, beveled, flints for flintlock rifles and pistols.
These
flints are made for small locks and pistols and measure 5/8"wide by 3/4"
long and are cut from flint mined in Texas by a famous flint knapper, David
Boltinghouse. They are excellent flints that can be resharpened after considerable
use. I used these flints for many years in the Ten-Ring flintlock
pistol we made in the 1970's and 1980's. These flints will be sold
for $10.00 per 12 plus shipping.
26. Scrapers for gunstock and wood finishing. Scrapers, 18 total, are used for the finest stock and wood finishing. The flat ones with curved or square edges and the French curve are used by raising a burr on the edge and draw-filing it across the wood surface for the finest surface before final sanding. The steel for raising the burr is shown at the top. This set of four German made scrapers sell for about $9.00 apiece or $36.00 for all four. The three tools on the bottom right are made by Bone and sell for $13.00 apiece in Brownells catalogue or $39.00 for all three. The scraper with the black handle comes with six interchangeable tips that will cover all your shaping needs. This tool will sell today for around $24.00. The three fixed tools at the top are fixed and cut the three most common curves or angles. These three fixed, precision made scrapers are probably worth around $9.00 apiece or a total of $27.00. The entire set, worth around $126.00, but I will sell for $65.00 with $15.00 shipping included.
27. Stock
inletting and finishing tools: There
are a total of 20 tools shown that
include everything you need to do fine stock inletting, carving and finishing
work. There are small, varied shaped rasps, gouges, scrapers made by a mix
to the two finest tool makers, Gunline and the German company Dastra.
These are all precision shaped, high quality tools made for the finest artisan.
I don't know what the full retail value would be, but is probably somewhere
around $100.00. I will sell the entire set for
$50.00. (shipping included)
